DESCRIPTION

The Dolphin Loft is designed as a flexible, cozy and tropical space, which develops itself as a terrace-housing that gradually opens to the existing landscape. This in turn subtly articulates the existing building in the lower level, turning this into a lock-off space that allows opening and closing areas as desired by the owner and/or resident, serving as an advantage when renting these spaces.
