DESCRIPTION

Construction of drainage in San Marcos' upper side is a project promoted by the City Hall of Puerto Plata, by request of the neighborhood council of Las Cuevas’ sector. The work consists of 145 linear meters of drainage reinforced with stones, built on the side of the road already mentioned prior.

As a result of the torrent of water coming from the upper part of the place, causing flooding in the lower part and leaving certain inhabitants of the area uncommunicated, the work of embedded stone drainage is carried out, which bring peace back to the Affected inhabitants. The stones used for the development of the work were extracted from the environment.
