DESCRIPTION

The project arises from the need expressed by the owner to expand the existing house, we are commissioned to project a second level, which should be independent of the first. Given the limited space, we proceeded to locate the stair in the garage, so that the two story were unlinked.

The design corresponds to a popular architecture with a hipped valley roof with dormers and quarry stone, which relate the influences of colonial and victorian styles.
