It is a project that emerges with the idea of ​​a new beginning, a new identity, a new CORPORATE IMAGE.

​

In one of the main roads of the city, a few meters from the current site, a building is projected between two points and an intermediate line 'The Line' which faithfully pursues the unique morphology of the plot, developing itself as a strip perpendicular to the main road.

The formal composition of the building is given by the narrowness of the front of the plot, a white box surrounding and framing the access to the staircase is divided subtly by an element arranged horizontally that breaks the verticality of the staircase body.

The main entrance is emphasized by the implementation of a multi edges element pastel blue color, which transmits calm and serenity. In the same way, thanks to its unprecedented transparency, the interior space is opens to the outside inviting to enter and promoting a powerful connection with the passer-by.
