DESCRIPTION

Lintel house is a semi-detached housing project, located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The design is conceived for a nuclear family, with desires to reform the interior spaces and enhance the building’s facade.

The formal composition seeks to grant a new identity to the property, through the implementation of neutral and avant-garde tones, such as gray and brown, added to a pure and bare white that hierarchizes the accesses.
