The area is reinvented conceptually so that different users come and a new level is proposed which allows people to get into the Fallas' warehouses. This large roof unifies the complex and seeks to enrich the neighborhood artistically, culturally and economically, with the support of minor interventions. In addition, the educational, sports, business, community, leisure and craft uses are alternated.
