Given the degeneration’s rank of the place and its lack of pedestrian traffic, the portion of the neighborhood next to the park is intervened, both for its nature of income and to stimulate the stay of its inhabitants.

In order to regenerate the public space, it is proposed to limit the passage of private vehicles, establish underground parking, the urban plot is organized, a bike lane is drawn to connects with the bikeways of the city, urban orchards are incorporated, create a small square, and a platform becomes a landmark to a building that welcomes the neighborhood.
