At Fallas' city there are different types of housing, all of similar footage and with the same number of rooms. This is one of the reasons why they are only useful for a small group of users.

With the idea of getting density while mixing new ways of living, an innovative distribution is idealized. The proposed strategies are simplified in 4 points: living on the ground floor, combining uses, promoting community relations and linking internal spaces with external ones.
